BREAKING NEWS – DA Lim director sworn in as Legislature member

The Democratic Alliance (DA) in Limpopo has been robbed of a Provincial Managing Director as incumbent Risham Maharaj was sworn in as new Member of the Legislature for the party earlier this morning.
Maharaj has filled the position left vacant by Langa Bodlani, who resigned to reportedly pursue a career in the legal profession.
Legislature Speaker Polly Boshielo officiated during the occasion at Parliamentary Village in Polokwane, joined by Deputy Speaker Lehlogonolo Masoga.
As Maharaj was taking up the position three months prior to the elections, he afterwards indicated all focus would be on ground activity in connecting with people and advocating the DA manifesto. He has been entrusted with the party’s Thabazimbi and Lephalale constituency.
