The Department of Health in Limpopo has urged the public not to panic after the noon announcement about the source of the present listeria outbreak seemingly having been traced to a food production facility jn Polokwane.

The announcement by Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi in Gauteng earlier this afternoon has thus far caused a stir on social media sites.
Limpopo Health Department spokesperson Thabiso Teffo urged the public not to panic and said they were awaiting the detailed report on the matter before developing a response.
