The popular race is conducted over 20, 40 and 80 km. While competition was tough among the top dogs in each category, the weather reportedly played its part making for an enjoyable albeit challenging ride amid spectacular scenery including the Woodbush Forest reserve, for the rest of the field.
This race serves as a fundraiser for the Rotary Club Haenertsburg and all entry fees go towards local community charity projects.
