Dancers shine in international exams

Six students of Frieda’s Dance Studio recently obtained 90% when they took the annual Association of International Dance Teachers’ (AIDT) exams in Polokwane in the tap, modern and hip-hop categories.
Dalize Barnard, Surika Mari van Coppenhagen, Kota Hattingh, Rinelda van der Linde and Palesa Masimene were the top performers.
Examiner Dawn Meyer praised the students for their good style and love of dance that shone through.
Frieda Lombaard, their instructor, says that she was very proud of her students and commended them for their hard work and devotion.
