Major pipe burst to affect water supply to parts of the city

POLOKWANE – The water team is working to fix a burst pipe next to Bolivia Lodge opposite Mall of the North.

Thipa Selala, Spokesperson for the Polokwane Municipality says the damage was detected a short while ago and the municipal water team is working to fix the damage.

As a result, the water supply to all areas around Mall off the North which include Woodhill Estate, Eagles Crest, Marula Heights, Farm Yard, Waterbury, Mitchel House, Curro and Celtic Meadows will be affected.

“Supply shall be restored once the team has completed repairs. In the meantime, water tankers will provide temporary relief to the affected areas.”
