Municipality’s call centre still down

Residents can report all electrical, water and billing issues to the Smart Meter Support Centre.

POLOKWANE -The Polokwane Municipality has notified the public that the municipal call centre is still not operational.

On Monday, 13 July the Municipal Spokesperson, Thipa Selala in a statement said that the IT team was working on resolving the issue as speedily as possible.

On Wednesday the issue has still not been resolved and residents and businesses are urged to report any electrical, water and billing issues to the Smart Meter Support Centre.

The Smart Meter Support Centre can be contacted at 0873502770 (calls only) and on 064 963 9609 for WhatsApp messages only.

He stipulated that no calls will go through to the 064 963 9609 number.
