Limpopo cops on lookout for 3 Post Office robbers

Three men are believed to have robbed the local Post Office in Kutama village of a substantial amount.

LIMPOPO – The police in Tshilwavhusiku outside Louis Trichardt are searching for suspects after the Post Office at Kutama village was robbed on Monday at around 11:00.

A substantial amount was stolen and according to Police Spokesperson, Brig Motlafela Mojapelo, the robbers were armed when they entered the Post Office.

“The men reportedly demanded money and, in the process, fired some shots. No one was injured. The men then fled in a white Nissan bakkie that had no number plates,” Mojapelo said in a statement.

A case of business robbery has been opened.
