POLOKWANE – Cubana Polokwane‘s Dirty Sanchez is a three-way cocktail with three layers of exciting and exuberant colours, being green, yellow and red, lending it a Caribbean-style look.

The drink is a mixture of Cassis, Grenadine and Fraise, which give the cocktail its deep red colour. It also includes lime, which helps to break down the alcohol and gives it a tangy taste.

The yellow part is a mixture of mango juice and Olmeca black tequila and the green part consists of mango juice mixed with blue Curacao.

Its citrus taste is one of its best features.

Barman, Nyasha Dube says it is one of the most popular cocktails at the establishment.
