LIMPOPO – After the discovery of two headless bodies in the Malipsdrift area last week, the accused Nyaka Phasha (54) told police where he threw the heads off a cliff.
“The skulls were recovered yesterday (Thursday) by the search and rescue unit after an extensive search under difficult conditions” says provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto.
DNA testing will now be done to confirm the identities of the deceased.
According to earlier information the Phasha was arrested after residents accused him of murdering Elizabeth Madila (57) and Timothy Selimela (41). He was taken into custody and revealed to the police the location of the two bodies.
Court case postponed to June 17. Phasha remains in custody.
