MOLETJIE model, Tshegofatso Matlou, will represent South Africa in India on May 3 as part of her responsibilities as representative of the Indian Association of Health and Fitness (IAHF) We-For-We campaign.

MOLETJIE model, Tshegofatso Matlou, will represent South Africa in India on May 3 as part of her responsibilities as representative of the Indian Association of Health and Fitness (IAHF) We-For-We campaign.

The IAHF promotes and integrates scientific research in health and exercise to maintain and enhance human performance, physical fitness, health and a quality of life for all.

Matlou said she was very excited about the campaign. “This campaign is very close to my heart because it doesn’t involve glitz and glamour but instead focuses on empowering girls and women in general by educating them and assisting to provide solutions for their challenges,” she explained.

Before she jets off to India, she has the task of speaking to as many school girls as possible as part of the campaign in South Africa.

“We are going to start with Polokwane next month and will spread our positive We-for-We messages and distribute T-shirts so that people will remember our cause whenever they see or wear the T-shirts,” Matlou said.

Matlou has previously represented South Africa at the Miss United Nations World Final and also at the Miss Heritage World where she finished in the top 10.
