Kulani is a familiar voice on Univen FM, where she presents the weekday drive-time show from 15:00 to 18:00.

“I started my radio career with Mala FM 101 in Malamulele, where I did a listener request show and a hip hop show, which was close to my heart, as I am also a rapper. At Mala FM, I co-hosted with Ndivhuwo ‘Spills’ Daba, who I can say played a part in me being a radio presenter. I am here today because of him,” says Kulani.

She says she is inspired by Lindiwe Makhubele from Munghana Lonene FM.

“What I like the most about working at Univen FM is that it is dynamic.”

She says she started on the drive-time show in February.

“The only thing that changed about me when I joined radio was my focus on music, but I can say that music is still something that I am passionate about,” she says.
