Fun walk for Tshixwadza and surrounds
The outlying Tshixwadza village will again bubble with athletic activities this festive season, with the fun walk being the major activity.
LIMPOPO – The event will be held on 30 December and is termed, Together We Can Grow Fun Run-Walk 2019.
The starting point is the Tshixwadza Old Ground and it continues to Bvulabadzhi (Sheshe).
This annual initiative was conceptualised and initiated by individuals and organisations from and around Tshixwadza village, which included villages such as Mapuloni-Luheni, Dzamba-Mabulo, Gogogo and Sheshe. The organising team is led by Dovhani Mudzielwana, Tendamudzimu Mabirimisa and Pastor KP Lirumo.
“Part of the initiative includes raising funds to donate wheelchairs and other livelihood necessities to those who need them most,” said Mudzielwana.
