LIMPOPO – The Lephalale Police have arrested three people for an illegal hunting incident which took place at a local game reserve on 16 June.
Police Spokesperson, Brig Motlafela Mojapelo says all three accused were employed at the said game reserve at the time of the incident and are allegedly responsible for the killing of a rhino. They also cut off the horns which were valued at R75 000.

The carcass was discovered by a patrolling officers, Mojapelo added.

All three accused will appear in the Lephalale Magistrate’s Court on charges of illegal hunting and conspiracy to poach.
