“Slight improvement in water supply, reservoirs still under pressure,” says Muni
Water supply to Tweefontein, SA Brewries and other parts of the city was stopped due to a damaged pipe at the Krugersburg reservoir.
POLOKWANE – The Municipality says there has been a slight improvement in water supply to affected areas within the city.

However, Municipal Spokesperson, Thipa Selala says reservoirs are still under serious pressure as a bigger area is affected. “The municipality is receiving less water from Ebenezer,” he added.
Selala added that water from the Krugersburg reservoir was stopped due to a damaged pipe that was identified earlier this morning and the damage has affected supply to the Tweefontein, SA Brewries and other parts of the city.
“The contractor is busy with repairs and water supply will be restored once completed,” Selala added,
