Prom Nite is back! 4 Oct

Prom Nite will take place at Bolivia Lodge on Friday, 4 October. Stylish and original individuals and couples will be nominated at various farewells of schools in the city.

POLOKWANE – The well-loved Prom Nite is back after a break of six years. This year will be the 19th time it is presented in Polokwane. Annually Prom Nite creates an opportunity for Gr 12 learners to show off their matric farewell attire.

Organiser of this event and owner of Milestone Events & Training, Dia van Staden is excited about the event. “I am excited to see what the city and their designers bring to the stage for Prom.”.

She looks forward to acknowledge the creative ideas of the Gr 12 learners in the city and to see if they make their personalities count when they wear their outfits with confidence and comfort.

Designers, hair stylists, make-up artists and other service and style providers are acknowledged on the night.

“We have so many talented and expert designers in our city and they deserve to be recognised for their hard work and talent. The beautiful girls and guys get a deserving second opportunity to enjoy the spotlight with their special outfits.”

The Gr 12’s are nominated at the various schools as they arrive at their farewells. “What a beautiful and exciting sight to see their smiles and experience the adrenaline of the youth as they walk down the runway,” says Dia.
