Last Saturday, a dream came true for Megan van Dyk and Henna Sonnekus who joined hands in opening a one-stop boutique, Crystal Blossoms Boutique.
POLOKWANE –Â Crystal Blossoms Boutique offers girls and women the perfect outfit for the perfect occasion. A dress, hair and make-up all under one roof.
The plan for the boutique has been simmering for a while, but actually started after Megan got married.

“I struggled to find a dress or at least some options in Polokwane. I looked in Johannesburg and found Jana Robertson from Silver Swallow Design. I loved her designs and she provided me with my wedding dress. Everyone I met loved the dress.”
Jana is a design master in her own right and needed a place to sell or rent her designs.
“I actually wanted to sell the renting part of my business, Megan approached me to start selling and renting my clothes in Polokwane. Crystal Blossoms will be the only outlet in Limpopo to sell my designs,” says Jana.
Henna joined the team when she approached Megan for a business investment opportunity, and their work relationship turned into a friendship. Henna, a well-known photographer in the city is also responsible for the make-up and hair which add that special touch to complete the picture-perfect moment.
