LIMPOPO – In a statement released, Police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe says the women were attacked in their rented rooms which are situated behind a house in in Muledane, Mvudi Park.
“It is alleged that two suspects, armed with a firearm and knives, brutally attacked the women who were still sleeping and robbed them of their valuable belongings such as laptops, cellphones and clothes before they fled the scene.”

During the robbery, the three tenants were stabbed and one, a 23-year-old women was killed instantly. The other two women sustained serious injuries and were admitted to hospital for medical treatment, he adds.
The suspects are still unknown but police urges anyone with information, that can lead to the apprehension of the suspects, to contact Captain Sithata at 082 414 7763.
