[TAKE NOTE] Level 3 water restrictions to be implemented in Mokopane from 1 April

The decision was taken at a Council meeting held at the Mogalakwena Municipality this afternoon.

MOKOPANE – Level three water restrictions have been implemented in Mokopane starting from 1 April. The decision was taken at a council meeting held at the Mogalakwena Municipality earlier this afternoon.

Restrictions will take place at 03:00and 12:00 as well as 16:00 and 22:00 everyday for both Mokopane and Mahwelereng.

Residents should note that gardens may only be watered strictly once a week on Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00.

The DA and Freedom Front Plus’ Councillors have welcomed the decision for restrictions to be implemented.
