Just mix two tablespoons of the pure aloe vera gel directly from the plant or drink a cup of aloe vera juice. For the pure gel from the plant, mix it with a glass of fruit juice and drink in the morning.

Coffee

This is a natural stimulant and helps with the digestive system. Just make sure that you don’t over do it and have a caffeine overload.

Baking Soda

Because it is bicarbonate of soda, it can diffuse the acid in your stomach and pass food pass easier. All you need is one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and half a glass of warm water.
