Method

  • Cut the trout into thin strips.
  • Arrange all ingredients except the trout on a bed of watercress and lettuce.
  • Place the trout on top.
  • Drizzle the KNORR Balsamic & Pineapple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing over the salad and serve with crispy bread rolls and cream cheese.
