#WFD – Sweet and Sour Pork Sausages with Apricots

Serve with 350g wholewheat noodles cooked in unsalted water.

What’s for Dinner says you can turn ordinary pork bangers into a gourmet treat by adding a sweet and sour cook-in-sauce combined with pineapple juice and dried apricots.

Ingredients

Method

  • In a large pan, brown pork sausages in oil.
  • Add tomato, onions, pepper and apricots and brown for 5 minutes.
  • In a jug, mix water, pineapple juice, and stir in the KNORR Sweet and Sour Sauce packet contents.
  • Add to the pan and bring to the boil while stirring.
  • Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with 350g wholewheat noodles cooked in unsalted water.
