#WFD – Cheesy Mixed Vegetable Bake

Serve with a delicious roast leg of lamb or chicken

POLOKWANE – Bakes are not only a delicious meal on their own but they are also lovely as an accompanying dish.

What’s for Dinner says this delicious cheesy mixed vegetable bake is packed with a variety of vegetables from mushrooms to broccoli.

Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Arrange prepared vegetables in a large, ovenproof dish and sprinkle with paprika, garlic and thyme.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the KNORR Creamy Garlic and Herb Potato Bake sachet contents with a little milk to make a paste and stir in the remaining milk.
  • Pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-40 min until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve with a delicious roast leg of lamb.
