POLOKWANE – According to the municipality, Lepelle Northern Water will shut the Ebenezer Scheme off on Wednesday, 11 July.
This is due to multiple leakages on the bulk pipeline and the municipality says repairs will take more than 24 hours to be completed.
Water shortages are likely to affect areas such as Flora Park, Sterkpark, Bendor, Rainbow Park,Mall of the North, Mankweng as well as high catchment areas.
The Municipality is urging residents to make necessary arrangements ahead of the planned water shut off and water tankers will be deployed to most affected areas.
