Lim police seek assistance in finding the family of a deceased 73-year-old man

Police in Tubatse, around the Burgersfort Cluster have been trying to locate the family of 73- year-old, deceased, George Sehoyana Mpafumana.

LIMPOPO – Accorfding to police spokeperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, on 27 April 2018, police received a complaint from the deceased’s neighbour in Mashifane Park, about the discovery of his lifeless body in his room.

“Police and medical emergency services rushed to scene and upon arrival, the old man was certified dead. A case of inquest was then opened and investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the death,” he said.

Prelimenary investigations revealed that the deceased was a former employee at the Penge Mine from 1991 until 1994 and he is originally from the Eastern Cape Province.
