Limpopo police search for two missing teenagers in Namakgale and Thohoyandou

Serokolwane Gabriel Tshila (17) and Mugwedi Tshavhungwe (17) were both last seen at their homes

LIMPOPO – Police in Namakgale are investigating the disappearance of 17-year-old, Serokolwane Gabriel Tshila, from Makhushane new stands in Malungane Village.

According to police spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, Tshila was last seen on Thursday evening, 17 May 2018.

“His family and a tracing team attempted to locate him but were unsuccessful as he was nowhere to be found,” Ngoepe added.

At time of his disappearance, Tshila was wearing a blue jersey and trousers, without shoes.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should contact Sergeant Lebogang Selepe on 079 5666 215, report to the nearest police station or contact the crime stop number 08600 10 111.

Meanwhile, police in Thohoyandou are investigating the disappearance of 17-year-old Mugwedi Tshavhungwe from Makwarela extension.

“She was last seen on Saturday, 19 May 2018 at about 10:30 alleging that she is going to school and never came back,” Ngoepe said.

Tshavhungwe is medium in height and dark in complexion and was wearing short blue trousers, a grey t-shirt and black all star tekkies.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts can contact Sergeant Kwinda on 082 630 8327, the nearest police station or the crime stop number on 08600 10 111.
