POLOKWANE – Monkeynastix is a programme designed for children between the ages of one and eight, facilitated by Cherelle Chrystal to promote the increase of active children leading to healthy lifestyles.
“Dorcas Molepo and I teach the children some light exercise moves that help to stretch their tiny bodies and stimulate their minds,” she said.
With spaceships as this year’s exercise theme, the children were encouraged to run as fast as they could towards the spaceships and away from the aliens trying to abduct them.
