Although the province is characterised by a mixture of cultures, languages and the vastness of the province as a whole, the Limpopo Office of the Public Protector ensures that such services are sent to every area within the province.

This is accomplished by the dissemination of their multilingual outreach officers who ensure that the communities are well informed on the mandate of the office, their rights and are sufficiently advised or referred to other institutions of government to assist with any of their complaints.

It is during such outreach activities that the officers enable residents to engage and to also understand the mandate of the Public Protector.

The Office of the Public Protector is thus visible and avails its services in the various districts and municipalities of the province.

Communities are further encouraged to engage and invite the Public Protector by sending and invitation to the Provincial Representative, Adv Mashaba George Matimolane as a team of three outreach officers are always ready to attend to each invitation.

The Limpopo Office of the Public Protector would also like to encourage NGO’s, community centres and structures working with visually impaired residents within the communities to approach and engage with their outreach officers

The office can be contacted from

Monday to Friday during 08:00 and 16:30 at (015) 295 5717.
