Festive Message from Jerry Ndou, MEC for CoGHSTA

The season for hope and peace is upon us. The season for family quality time is in our midst. It has been a marathon which we all undertook to shape the future of our families, communities and our country. Our immense contribution is therefore recognized and appreciated by all who believe in South Africa as a major player in the global economics.

We have joined hands to improve on the quality of life for our people and province. Our contribution in various disciplines, in making a meaningful injection to the bettering of lives of our people is well recognised and appreciated. We have had our hands dirtied to build a progressive physical infrastructure of human development that will shine bright like a diamond in the sky. Our contribution in this marathon is well recognised as we pause for the season of togetherness, love, peace and happiness. This is the season for reflection and for showering our families with the love we know they deserve and for their own happiness.

What we need to do as humankind is to continue investing our energy and time in the contribution of building a family of value systems that will in turn benefit a society which will bear fruit for a united, non-racial, non-sexist, democratic and prosperous South Africa. A South Africa we all have to be proud of. It is in our hands as we pause and reflect on the marathon we all participated in, its success and inspirational story of life.

Be safe on the roads. Don’t drink and drive. Fasten your seatbelts when driving. Don’t text and drive. Always take breather breaks when driving for long distances. Limpopo loves you. South Africa loves and needs you safe in the contribution of a prosperous 2018.
