Miss Limpopo Teen 2017 gives back to Children of the Dawn
Lesego Matheba is also the finalist for Face of Miss Signature
POLOKWANE – Before the fundraiser, Lesego posted posters around Polokwane to create awareness of her fundraiser.

“As a Finalist for Face of Signature, I was sponsored with a package of gifts to donate to charity, but I decided that I want to do more than just donate. I organised a fundraiser project at Mall of the North so I could make more money and buy more products from Signature for the orphanage home,” she said.
Signature Cosmetics and Fragrances sponsored Lesego with 20 body lotions, bathing gloves, bathing scrubs, facial wipes and cosmetics bags, which she donated to her charity of choice Children of the Dawn.
“The fundraiser was a huge success indeed, I made over R5000 which I used to buy 22 of each of the following things: Sunscreens, soaps, Roll-ons, white T-shirts with my name and photo, as well as the Signature logo, traditional skirts, skincare therapy mini lotions, as well as carry bags,” she said.
Lesego also purchased 22 of each of the following: nail-polishes, eye liners, lip sticks, and wipes. She also bought them some lunch to feast on.
“Knowing that I’ve brought sunshine in somebody’s life makes me so happy. I am an advocate for humanitarian work and I believe that a giving hand is a receiving hand. Thank you so much to Signature Cosmetics and Fragrances for partnering with me and also Nthabiseng Manamela, a local Make-up Artist who helped me with the fundraiser, in doing individuals’ make-up for free at the mall,” Lesego concluded.
As Miss Face of Signature Finalist, Lesego says touching lives has always been a norm in her life.
