LIMPOPO – Police spokesperson Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe says 62-year-old George Shiburi passed on in hospital.
This is after he was severely assaulted by an unknown number of suspects in the Bridgeway village near Nkoankoa Township, after he killed two people and injured two others.

The community disarmed Shiburi of the firearm used during the murders and disappeared with it.
Ngoepe says the motive behind this incident is still unknown but says police investigations continue.
“The suspects are still unknown and no arrests have been made.”
