Weather for the Week
Temperatures are expected to drop below 20 degrees over the weekend.
POLOKWANE – The week is set to start off with hot temperatures, according to the South African Weather Service.
Temperatures are expected to stay in the mid to low thirties for the week with Thursday being the warmest day, peaking at 37 degrees.
However, the weekend is expected to be cold and wet with rain forecast from Thursday to Saturday. Temperatures will reach 19 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday.
The weather service says 5mm of rain is expected on both Friday and Saturday, while Thursday will receive 3mm of rain.
With cloudy to partly cloudy conditions expected for the rest of the week, humid conditions are also expected.
