#WFD – Quick Savoury Cheese and Vienna Tart

Serve with a fresh green salad

POLOKWANE – This recipe is not only quick to make but it is also tasty and perfect for a Saturday evening.

Ingredients

  1. 250ml cheddar cheese, grated
  2. 7 viennas, sliced
  3. 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  4. 180ml low fat milk
  5. 1 small onion, finely diced
  6. 1 small tomato, diced
  7. 30ml KNORR Thick White Onion Soup
  8. 30ml freshly parsley, chopped
  9. pinch Robertsons Cayenne Pepper

Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased oven proof quiche dish and bake until set and golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes
  3. 3. Serve with a fresh green salad
