LIMPOPO – The two suspects face a charge of possession of illicit cigarettes.
Hawks spokesperson Captain Matimba Maluleke says the suspects were arrested on Wednesday, 26 July 2017, by the police on the N1, near Musina, during a stop and search operation.
The police found 19 master boxes and forty six 46 cartons of Pacific Blue cigarettes, with an estimated street value of R228 661.
Both suspects will appear on the 4 August 2017 for a formal bail application.
