LIMPOPO – Police say they are investigating the cause of the fire after a 36-year-old-man was found inside the burning car on Wednesday, 12 July.
It is believed the man was an employee of a local bank.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo says according to information, the car was seen driving to the scene, along the R71 road and immediately thereafter it went up in flames.
“Investigations will determine the cause of the fire, however, foul play is not suspected at this stage,” he said.
Mojapelo went on to say that people are urged to seek professional advice to enable them resolve issues and refrain from resorting to extreme measures.
“The name of the deceased will be released once the next of kin have been informed,” he concluded.
