#WFD – BBQ Chicken

This versatile dish can be served with any side dish of your choice.

POLOKWANE – This dish by What’s for Dinner is quick and simple to make and can be used in a variety of other dishes as well.

Ingredients

  1. 4 skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 x KNORR Chicken Stock Pot

Method

  1. Create the following Rubs by blending 1 tub Knorr Chicken Stock Pot with the ingredients below.
  2. Simply add your Rub with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a re-sealable plastic bag and turn to coat. Then marinate 15 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or broil chicken until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
