SAPS deployed to Vuwani following more unrest

Police say they will continue to monitor the situation until normality returns.

LIMPOPO -Four cars were damaged over night in the area by people throwing stones from the bushes near Masakona village.

Police spokesperson Lt Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says cases of malicious damage to property were opened, however, no arrests have been made.

“Motorists are advised to drive with caution, especially during the night, as to avoid stones being thrown on their cars,” Ngoepe warned.

He said if such incidents do take place, the police must be contacted immediately.
