#WFD – Minute Steaks with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Heat in the oven until piping hot and serve immediately with vegetables and rice.

POLOKWANE – Minute Steaks are perfect for that after work rush because they take less time to cook, meaning, you r hungry family will be fed before you know it.

Ingredients

  1. 500g minute steaks
  2. 30g margarine
  3. 5ml fresh herbs, chopped
  4. 1 x pinch Aromat
  5. 1 x KNORR Creamy Mushroom
  6. 250ml hot milk
  7. 15ml worcestershire sauce

Method

  1. Heat margarine in a frying pan and fry minutes steaks in a little margarine until almost done (1 minute each side).
  2. Season (to taste) with herbs, KNORR Aromat and pepper.
  3. Prepare KNORR Creamy Mushroom Sauce as per packet instructions (using hot milk in place of water.)
  4. Pour the sauce over the steaks and add a few squirts of Worcestershire sauce.
