Police say all is calm at the University of Venda

Students have been protesting since Monday.

LIMPOPO- Students at the University of Venda have been protesting since Monday over several issues that they have with NSFAS.

According to reports, students are upset as their food allowances have not been paid by NSFAS.

Police were deployed to the University after the situation turned violent with reports suggesting that several items had been set on fire by protesting students and rubber bullets had been fired.
