Athletes excel, winning 70 medals

The athletes of the Hadashah Learning Centre left their mark at the district athletics final meeting, held over the weekend.

Junior athletes from Hadashah Learning Centre, Mpho Ramahuma, Mekar Kidane, Alfred Mutanga, Kelly Chokwe, Edidy Akaka, Anesuishe Takunyai and Samuel Adego took home medals after the district finals athletics meeting.

POLOKWANE – The just over 20 athletes who competed managed to bag no fewer than 70 medals ranging from bronze to silver in various track and field items.

Nanette Venter, Kganya Velempini, Lethabo Ndlovu, and Angelique boast with five medals.

Junior athletes from Hadashah Learning Centre, Mpho Ramahuma, Mekar Kidane, Alfred Mutanga, Kelly Chokwe, Edidy Akaka, Anesuishe Takunyai and Samuel Adego took home medals after the district finals athletics meeting.
