LIMPOPO – The case has been remanded to 24 March for further investigation, Police Spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo said.
“Pubic order policing members (POP) were deployed to the court, where people were protesting, to monitor the situation. The people were protesting in a non-violent way,” he added.

LIMPOPO – This was the second day of a formal bail application which was launched by Scott-Crossley after he handed himself over to the police in Pretoria on 18 January, Spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo said.
He appeared before the Lenyenye Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday on a charge of attempted murder. He remains in custody and is set to reappear before the court on 10 February.

LIMPOPO – Marc Scott-Crossley who has been on the run since December 2016 handed himself over to the police in Pretoria this afternoon (Wednesday), says the police.
According to Spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo, Scott-Crossley was brought in by his lawyer a short while ago. He was arrested by and will be transported to the province to face a charge of Attempted Murder, reports Letaba Herald.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on 21 December following an incident where Silence Mabunda, a wildlife worker in Hoedspruit, was run over.
