Taking only 35 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook, this recipe can be served with steamed mixed vegetables.

Ingredients

  1. 350ml milk
  2. 15ml grain mustard, whole
  3. 1 x sachet KNORR Chicken à la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  4. 6 x skinless chicken breast fillets
  5. 2.5ml Robertsons Rosemary
  6. breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix contents of KNORR Chicken a’la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce with milk in a jug then transfer to a small saucepan.
  3. Bring to the boil and stir until thickened then stir in the wholegrain mustard.
  4. Arrange skinless chicken fillets in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over.
  5. Top with a good sprinkling of breadcrumbs and rosemary.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with steamed mixed vegetables.
