LIMPOPO – A man in Mafeane village in Atok was allegedly stoned to death by community members in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to information, the unknown man entered a house and the occupant allegedly screamed for help which drew the attention of other residents.
“It is alleged that an angry crowd cornered him and attacked him with an assortment of objects,” said Police Spokesperson Lt Col Jonathan Malesela.
He died due to injuries sustained during the attack added Malaesela
No arrests have been made and police investigations are ongoing.
