Slim down for Summer with this Body Life WOW workout
Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter has a quick but effective workout for you this week which will ensure that you burn fat and slim down for Summer – all exercises demonstrated by Petrich.
This week’s workout challenge consists of only four HIIT exercises. Body Life trainer Petrich Brits will demonstrate each exercise in the video.
These exercises can be done in the gym or at home with a home gym equipment. Push yourself and complete each round as quick as your can.
