Special edition Jeep gets Jooste’s stamp of approval
Jeep, one of the world's most iconic vehicle brands, is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
POLOKWANE – To mark the occasion BONUS together with businessman and keen golfer, Randall Jooste got to test drive one the Jeep brand distinctive, unique Renegade Anniversary Editions.
To celebrate its 75th anniversary Jeep brand has created distinctive, unique 75th Anniversary Edition models of the Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Renegade, and Wrangler. These limited edition models pay homage to the history of the legendary Jeep brand.
Sales Executive, Sello Aphane from Mercurius Motors Polokwane, the official dealership for the Jeep brand in the city, joined us on the test drive to tell us all about the Jeep’s bells and whistles.
One of the first things Jooste mentioned when we got in the Jeep was how comfortable the seats are and the amount of support they offer.
With Jooste in the driver’s seat and Aphane telling us more about the features, the plucky 1.4-four cylinder turbocharged engine with its slick-shifting automatic gearbox effortlessly took us away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Jooste said safety is of paramount concern for him when it comes to choosing a vehicle and the Renegade certainly gets his stamp of approval. After our test drive, Jooste’s conclusion was that the Jeep Renegade is an exceptional compact SUV that will certainly appeal to younger drivers and their families.
