[IN PICTURES] Limpopo Knights Braai competition – 5th round
The fifth Limpopo Knight Braai Competition took place on Monday 11 July at Ballantino’s.
POLOKWANE – The following teams took part: Voorpos Makelaars, Kainos Makelaars en Netwerk Makelaars. The three teams had to impress the judges, Hein Viljoen, Brad Mockford en Ryno Jardin, by preparing a main meal as well as a dessert on the fire.

In the end there could be only one winner and Team Netwerk Makelaars took first place.
The winning menu:
Starter:
Garlic and Chilli prawn skewer with aioli
Main course:
Succulent infused pork belly
Black pot baby potatoes with parmesan cheese
French bean, grape & hazelnut salad
Dessert:
Orange chocolate bake with a cheeky brandy sauce.
