Runners beat the winter chills with LEDET Race
Residents beat the winter chills with the Ledet Race, which was held at the Pietersburg Rugby Club on, Saturday
POLOKWANE – Runners participated in 5km, 10km and 21km races, which also saw local stars, Rufus Photo and Ludwick Mamabolo participate.
The race was organised by the Polokwane Athletics Club, and chairperson, Corrie Calitz said the day was a success despite the cold weather conditions.
“There weren’t as many runners as we would have hoped, but it is the holidays and the weather was quite cold so we are still happy with the amount of people who participated,” said Corrie.
