Loose weight and increase your fitness level NOW. This week’s challenge with Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter includes 4 full body high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises – five rounds each.

The 5 exercises are namely sit-ups, kettle swings, squat jumps and burpees. Allows for a minute to aminute and a half rest time in between each round. All these exercises can be done in the comfort of your home.
