POLOKWANE – A municipal notice states that the task team will provide support on the following issues:
• Incorrect meter readings – actual meter reading must be provided; photo are welcome with the date set when captured
• Incentive scheme – up to 30% discount on settlement of the account; copy of your ID needs to be submitted
• Indigent Support – the combined total monthly income not to exceed R3 5000; proof of income, affidavit and letter of authority from the owner must be provided.
• Credit control – residents can apply for arrangement of payments
The task team will be at the following venues:
• Luthuli – Healing Convention Church on 13 and 14 April
• Mall of the North (Game court) on 20 April and
• Savannah Mall (Entrance 1) on 21 April.
