Westenburg secondary has 3 temporary AD Hoc posts
The department of education has availed three temporary AD Hoc posts at Westenburg Secondary School
POLOKWANE – This follows a recent protest by the learners where they demanded that the department address the shortage of teachers at the school.
Applicants must be able to teach in both Afrikaans and English, as the school is in dire need of Afrikaans teachers.
Post number 30 includes subjects English, Sepedi HL for gr. 8 and gr. 10, history for gr. 8 and gr. 9 and life orientation for gr. 9.
Post number 31 includes subjects English FAL / English HL for gr. 8 and gr. 9 and life orientation for gr. 8.
Post number 32 includes subjects life science for gr. 10 in both Afrikaans and English, natural science for gr. 8 and life orientation for gr. 9 to gr. 12 in both Afrikaans and English.
The following documents must be submitted with applications:
- Completed LPDE 1.
- CV.
- Certified copies of qualifications, ID and SACE membership.

Closing date is Friday, 18 March.
There is such a great need for teachers that shortlisting will be held at 17:30 on 23 March and interviews on 29 March at 10:00.
