Mediclinic Limpopo: Make an appointment to get your Covid-19 jab
The Mediclinic Limpopo vaccination centre is open from Monday-Friday. Make your appointment NOW by following one of these simple steps:
POLOKWANE – The Limpopo Department of Health has opened a new vaccination site at Mediclinic Limpopo to fast-track citizen vaccinations in the province.
The site opened on Friday (August 6) and caters to patients who fall within the eligible age groups as stated by the National Department of Health.
According to Mediclinic Limpopo, the site is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00–17:00.
The vaccines are currently being administered to residents who have booked an appointment via the government’s Electronic Vaccine Data System (EVDS) and supplemental walk-ins will only be accommodated where booked appointments have not been met.
The vaccination centre is situated at 53 Burger Street, Polokwane.
Register on the EVDS and book your appointment:
- Online by visiting vaccine.enroll.gov.za
- Send a WhatsApp saying “REGISTER” to 0600 123 456
- SMS *134*832* followed by your ID number
- Contact the Covid-19 hotline on 0800 029 999.
What do you need to bring along to the vaccination station?
- Proof of identity (e.g. ID/driver’s license/passport)
- Medical aid card
- Vaccine code (SMS received from the Department of Health)
